Full disclosure: I switched to decaf about 18 months ago which to some means I’m drinking coffee for No real reason, however I enjoy a couple cups of decaf Joe each morning.

Recovery is going as well as can be expected. I'm finding myself getting frustrated at times, still in constant pain and sore as hell from the PT. It all means I'm healing, so that's good. I promise, I will avoid this experience with fervor for the rest of my life.

 

Morning Woods. Wow, we're up to 37° already this morning. This Global Warming thing is difficult for sure.
