Afternoon sex beasts! PT, OT, and my nurse, all came by today. I was exhausted.

PT went well enough. The evaluation indicated ive been doing my leg exercises well enough that im still strong enough to, in theroy, walk. Ive definitely lost strength, but I'm doing my best keeping most of it intact.

I'm working on my shoulder a lot too. Later, I'm planning on working on rotation and flexing exercises to keep my foot flexible so when the time comes, I'll be able to walk.

Smart thinking. I stretch everyday. That first shift from 1-2 is still a problem
