It seems like Happy Hour is in order. I think I will have a Modelo whilst I prepare dinner.

After what I went through late last year I understand completely.

I am preparing the missus a nice big salad with marinated chicken. I am having scallops and shrimped steamed with Old Bay then drenched in a sauce I made with cocktail sauce, sriracha and hot horseradish with Brussels sprouts on the side.

 

Brussel sprouts are at the top of my veggie list. Don't tell Stan, he thinks it's fried okra.

 

we would meet every morning before our driving duties to bullshit and carry on. Drink coffee and bitch about what we endured the previous day. Just the three of us.
