Minneaplis ok'd broadcasting Muslim call to worship 5 times a day. Depending on time of year, it can start as early as 3:30am until 11pm if the news is right. I'd hate to live near a mosque doing that.
Drove 18 miles to get my driver's license renewed, the place 3 miles away is always crowded and slow. Only took about an extra 10 minutes of driving and no waiting in line; the closer one often takes 30-60 minutes. No traffic two lane highways most of the way, nice drive. Too cold this morning to consider riding, and one of the highways was heavily salted with piles of it at some intersections. Guess the county thought that dusting of snow a couple days ago was worth a salt grand finale. Two days of rain starting tomorrow, that should clean the roads.
Who asked them for the quotes? You or the buyers? If you or your agent you should get the quote first.
Quotes were requested by the buyer, after the home inspection. None of it's anything big, or unexpected. HVAC will be given a check up and a couple of new pipes. A few outlets need replaced and some smoke detectors. There's more, but I expected it. Oh, new owners name is Johnny. The previous three owners, including me, were named John.
