Diesels always take a ton of oil too. Gallons, not quarts

The oil change guys tried that on my wife, wanting to charge her 63 bux for a cabin air filter. 12 dollars later at Amazon, the air filter was replaced.

I think will endeavor to learn how to change the filters myself and purchase them off Amazon. We had a Cummings Turbo diesel pickup from 1999 until 2020 so I am familiar with the $129 oil change but I will have to get used to the nearly $500 oil and air filter change. Apparently the ECO in ECO Diesel stands for ecology and economical. Ok rant over but I reserve the right to bitch about high prices at a later date.

Now it is time to take Scooby in for her spa treatment then it's off on the bike to meet up with Road Warrior Chuck for food and adult beverages.
