Be thankful for your health if you have it.
I was in the waiting room waiting for them to remove that damn thing and a man probably in his early 70's was in there with his wife. I could hear them talking and evidently he is eat up with cancer. At one point he got upset and I overheard him tell his wife I want to die, I want the Lord to come take me, then he kind of quietly starting crying right there in the waiting room.
It was distressing and I decided I was go over and say what I could to comfort him, when someone called his name, and it was another man same age who walked in and they were friends. His friend and his wife sat next to him and consoled him, and then his friend asked him quietly if he would like for him to say a prayer. Guy said yes and right there they huddled up and he said a prayer for his friend.
It wasn't loud and in your face, it was between them and it seemed to calm the guy down somewhat.

Hard to follow that one up Jack. Maybe you were meant to see that. The fact your heart said to tall and console him says a lot about you. I respect that more than you know.
I made it home today. My bed feels so good. My dog was too excited to see me for long, which i expected. She's getting better though.
Saw the bike when I got home. I broke down. Couldn't hold it in, didn't try. The front tire is flat. I couldn't inspect it yet, but I have someone coming on mo day to get it on a lift to check it. Then I'll contact a lawyer and see if there's any point in moving forward.

Kudos to you Jack. That was a very kind thought.
Chris, glad you're home. Glad the doggies are happy to see you. And don't feel bad about feelings and emotions. We all have them.
