Evening Woodsnitzes. Had the irrigators out today to move the rest of the sprinklers for the backyard upgrade 1.0. Zoey has seen these guys so much, she doesn’t even bark anymore.

Hey, Russ.
What "upgrades" are you doing to the back yard?

Adding a river rock border around the back side of house, pool and new sidewalk. Leveling out the area behind and next to the pool, sod, moving a bunch of sprinklers.

Stumbling around in the dark with big drop offs is hazardous to ankles.

Actually the reasoning is that we are attempting to “age proof” the yard. We want the back yard to be able to be cut by old people riding a John Deere 48” lawn tractor. Squirt weed killer into the rocks as you mow. The front is still cut using the Honda 21” commercial mower.
