Hello Toakers, Bittersweet day. I was with some old friends today, a couple that had helped me a LOT during my younger days. Let me live in their house when I was between tours in my early 20s. I helped them move into assisted living. Like many, they were grieving a loss of independence. I hope that soon they can see the benefits of the increased social life and close-by help that they really need at this point and moving forward. Cheers all.
