Evening gents! Friday Fork day! I finished up the RK today myself.

Looks fantastic Greg! How did you solve the issue?

Here's the end result on my bike. Not nearly as pretty, but it's exactly what I wanted. The old ones were yellowed and super oxidized. Looked like hell.

Overall I'm pleased with the stockish appearance.

If it had I would have replaced it when the new ones came in. At any rate, I have brand new spare fork seals in my toolbox....
As mentioned, I redid my forks yesterday and just reused the new seals. Fingers crossed that they don't leak. But I have the process down to minutes, so it it does leak, like you, I have three other new sets in the cabinet.

Evening, fellas!
Bob, I used the seal seater to help square the bushing and the spacer that sits on top of it to get it in place. Then installed the seal. Worked like a charm.
Those legs you put on yours look perfect for that bike.
I could probably do mine in a couple hours now that I know what has to be done.

I've wrenched a lot on most items but front forks are a complete mystery to me. Hats off to you guys.
