Tks Greg. I was shocked, to say the least. From a distance, they looked early 40s. They're going VA loan, so I'm guessing retirement home. Land out here is getting scarce

I am down 54 lbs now and at 203 I think I can break the 200 barrier. I am actually starting to look thin.

Morning Gents, and happy Friday
Looking forward to the weekend - a couple weeks ago I found out one of my junior Marines from back in the day is still on active duty, they sent the poor bastard to a shithole city about an hour north of me for a 3 year recruiting stint. It occurred to me he’s probably got nothing to do for Easter so I invited him down for the weekend and he’ll be coming to Easter at the in-laws with us. Haven’t seen the guy in maybe 8 years
Cool, I was just down there a couple weeks ago and played Jacaranda West and Pelican point a couple of times. I heard Waterford is really nice too and there’s a few others I like
I suck at golf though
