I'm pre-approved. The house needs a roof and hot water heater to pass a VA inspection. We're seeing if they'll agree to it, I won't buy it without a VA loan

Evening gents! A chamber of commerce day here in the beautiful PNW. First day of the Vancouver farmers market. It was busy. Cheryl and I had the massive BLTs they make. Perfect day for top down cruising. Came home and did a 4.5 mile walk in the green space/zombie golf course. Wore shorts and a T-shirt and worked up a bit of perspiration. After that did something productive and put a ceiling fan up in the patio. It works perfectly to blow the heat from the artsy fartsy propane heat obelisk back down to useable levels. Now sipping espresso martinis basking in the warmth and awaiting wings as prepared by the lovely Cheryl.
I hate to brag @Uncle Larry but Goddam if life isn't pretty great.

Howdy Mick ... You met Pat from the Club ... His Uncle ( Possum ) held the World Record for UBGH ( Un Blown Gas Hydro ) for several years ... It was very impressive "Quick Draw" ... We used to go out to Columbia, MI to the Holloway Reservoir to watch it run

Halito Mick, Jeff, Woods. Coffee almost gone....gotta get off my s$$ and head to Post to do my thing. Then come home and rest up for tonight. Meeting my buddies at the bar to watch second round action in the tourny. Hoping for another Spartan victory!!
