Third, all you turds in the line of fire from the weather, be careful and take it easy. Do your stretches before shoveling, and watch out for the idiot drivers that can't drive in snow. We supposed to get 7-8" by this afternoon....will head out close to noon and clear walks and drive. Then head out to meet my b'ball buddies so we can watch MSU beat OSU.
And lastly, not that it matters, or anyone gives a ****, we "celebrate" our 50th in August. How she put up with me all these years is a mystery!

Good morning all. The gig went well last evening. They want us one Thursday night per month. I love a regular thing. I did not go to cardio rehab this morning. I did something I never do because I was out so late. I woke up at 5:15 but fell back to sleep. I did not wake up again until 6:19 which made it impossible to get their on time. I called and let them know I would be missing today. So I will have to get the workout in here at home. A pic from last night. My god, I am down 49.8 lbs and I still look jumbo. My wife needs a smaller camera or something.

Jeff, your wife doesn't need a smaller camera, your progress shows, but your drummer could use a bigger drum set (?)
