Good evening Woodsnitzes from Avon, Co, site of the inaugural 2016 WoodStock and in 2026, site of the 10 year WoodStock anniversary ride. Roads were clear all the way up and with a few slow spots, we managed good time up the hill.

Thank you to Greg, Glo, Rocky and Sadie for allowing us to sleep over last night and the fancy food they fixed, it was great! Their house is looking great! Rocky and Sadie are so much fun. Another big thank you to Mark and Beth, Benjamin and Nataly for allowing us to poke through their new house, it is fabulous. I’ve never seen an house with 5 garage spaces. Also, Beth made an awesome lunch and we really enjoyed their company! Hope to see all of you soon.

I looked at this one a few years back, really wanted those 3 garages with 7 car spaces among them, that 3 car garage under the servant's quarters would have held all my bikes. Till I got more... Thought the detached chapel would make a nice playhouse for the grandkids, too. Nice and private, long driveway and surrounded by acres of woods. Carol was with me and thought the kitchen was too small and too many stairs, but I told her the downstairs bar was twice as big and I'd move the kitchen there. Too bad it's in MN, would be plenty of room for all the Woods to get together. Didn't have quite enough bucks to swing it, though, about 3 mil short and didn't want to ask Carol for a loan. It's not far from her house, either.

So they still allow you to stay at the time share in Avon, asking for a friend

 

Amazingly, my annual maintenance payments ensure that. I am going to try and swap my red ski week for a summer week.

 

I can’t even fit one car in my house!! Let alone a garage lol.

 

Just got off the phone with mom. My sister is trying to get her house by talking her into turning it into an Airbnb. After a phone call with mom, she understands that was not dad's wishes. My brother and I are going to talk to her about locking the will, as she's showing signs of dementia and I'm sure my sister will use that to her advantage. Not looking forward to this day

 

Just don't tell them about the pool ladder!
