Warm beer is like old golf *****, Tick. They're both a myth.

Afternoon Woods! Enjoyed a visit from Greg & Russ and their better halves. Showed them around the inside of the new house...Nataly was our outside tour guide. Shared a meal with them then they had places to be. ll told, had a good time

I hit that once in a while, normally 244-246 niw but can go up or down a couple pounds from day to day. I cut back on portions when I hit 260 a couple years ago, went down to 245 fairly quick, but seem stuck in that range. I've read that when you have a sudden reduction in calories, your body doesn't take long to try hanging on to them, thus the plateau it's hard to get below. If I could get the ex to cook for me again...

$17 for an 11oz T-Bone ? F- that.
I slipped a cheap, small, marbled boneless arm roast on the pellet grill to slow cook for a while.
Medium rare ....it'll taste as good but not as tender.
