I am happy to report that as of this morning I am down 46 lbs. I lost is all since November 1st or in 116 days. I have gone from 257 to 211. At first I thought the goal would be 25 lbs. Then when I got there I decided why not go for 50. Being so close to 50 now kind of makes me want to at least get down below 200. I think I can do it. I was an avid runner through my 30's, 40's and most of my 50's until the knee gave up. Even back then I still weighed 200 lbs. Of course I ate like a horse, carb loading for races and just in general because I was burning so much energy. I feel great and as good as I did back then.
