I didn't get a chance. The gal is going to be a good fit. She is from Fort Worth texas. Her husband is a cop and got a job at SLO pd. It was funny because her idea of California was LA and San Francisco. She was very happy to see all the cattle and horses.

Hard to tell how much snow I got here, wind drifted it so much it's 3' some places, almost down to the ground others, but I don't think we got as much as predicted, I'd guess 12" plus or minus a couple inches. Already had 1-2 feet of snow.

Neighbor blowing his drive

Zoomed in on him, he's in front of the tree

The bigger trailer would have been buried if we'd gotten the max forecast. The green raised bed garden is 32", already had at least a foot of snow on it. You can see how the wind sculpted the snow, can't tell what it would look like spread out even. Roofs and my truck didn't have a lot of snow on them, most blew off.

About 8" against the garage door. The drifts went up and down, ended up a little smaller than at their high point. Piled up on the truck, then most blew off by the time I went to bed. This morning had some more. Still not as much as the last storm dumped on it. Got lucky, wind blew most of the snow off the driveway, blew on them at some of the neighbors' drives.

I grew up in Virginia a short ride to the Blue Ridge Mountains. I still get up there when I can. Now I just go to north Georgia or NC. It's only 8 hours away and VA is 12. I can do the Georgia trip in a day but the VA trip is a 2 dayer now. That is in the cage of course. I trailer up and then do all the riding. I used to jump on my FXR and ride all the way to Virginia but I was much younger. From north GA we can day ride to Maggie Valley and visit a good friend there.

I'll have the pipe tomorrow. Should be a quick install. I'll post pics then. But you won't see them. I'll show everyone but you.
