Longer it lasts, more money the lawyer gets. Ex got a lousy lawyer for our divorce, drug it out for unnecessary months, lost her a lot of money because he locked in a dollar amount of my pension and in the months before the divorce was final, it had gone up several thousand and she didn't get any of that. Not that I'm complaining.

Did you ever wake up with a muscular issue where you can't turn your head without intense pain? This is a new one and hurts like hell. Oooff.
Something like that. Doctors just prescribed the usual pharmaceuticals, but finally had a therapist ask me how I slept, and said use two pillows, keep your head even with your body. No problems for several years now. That's for side sleepers, wouldn't want extra pillows for back sleeping.

I use memory foam pillows, most comfortable I've had. Tried a dreamy blue pillow, has great reviews but the one I got was a foul smelling thing that had junk foam in it, certainly wasn't memory foam. From Amazon, might have been a counterfeit. Got a pair of Sealys from Sam's Club for less than half the price that actually were what the blue thing advertised.

I might have mentioned this some time back, was in the kitchen and heard her scream, ran to the living room and she'd turned on the Walking Dead. Think she was 4, learned how to use the roku that Carol still has problems with.

Just realized I haven't had lunch yet. I'm gonna give someone else a turn while I fix that.

yes the halls of broken dreams. That’s how the third floor of the the courthouse is called. She didn’t want my pension just the house and kids. Oh and zero logistical help on visits. Outside of the kids , which haven’t even called or written in 13 years, I deeply regret that part of my life.

I volunteered to go to Crystal River tomorrow morning to administer an exam. I can work from anywhere so while he takes the exam I will work on reports. Then it will be lunch time and I will be close to several of my favorite places to get seafood. Okay, so I had an ulterior motive for volunteering to go up there.
