Tomorrow starts a week of unsupervised living for me as the missus travels to the PNW to visit the boy. I get to eat all the stuff she doesn’t like, Korean food with kimchee, Hamburger helper, and many other bachelor favorites. Not to mention hookers and blow. You’d think Hunter Biden stopped by.

 

Well she'll encounter some lovely weather PNW Russ. Cold, rain and snow.

No kidding, she is taking her winter clothes. Also the makings of her cheesy, chicken noodle soup which will be a fan favourite.

What? That’s good stuff if you know to add feta cheese and lots of pepper. I like Tuna helper too.

You guys don’t know what you’re missing with Hamburger Helper Beef Stroganoff. Pepper the heck out of it, add some feta cheese and serve over a nice thick slice of sourdough bread. Good stuff. Gourmet bachelor cooking.
