I've never struck the ball better or more consistent off the tee than today. I was playing in the scramble on the team with the GM of the club and son of the owner. So I would drive it 250 down the middle then he would step up and drive it 280-300. We complimented each other well and the team should have at least placed in the money. I did not stick around to see because I wanted to ride. We were the best score in when left.

We had a nice ride through the country to get some food. I took the Springer because my buddy was on his Springer that he just purchased this week. That rascal has 4 Harleys now. When we pulled into the joint there was another Springer pulling in as well. It looked like a Springer convention. While we were eating a gentleman came over to our table and said he stopped because he was on a Springer and saw all of ours. Always cool to meet strangers because of what you ride.

Youngest grandson got to see his home today. I'll hang out there tomorrow, try to keep the 3 year old from terrorizing his siblings and tearing the house apart. No school so the tribe will be there and Audrey is probably tired enough from introducing Cillian to the world. I'll have to ask her where that name came from. It's better than the 3 year old's though, maybe his name is why he's a tyrant in training. At least my granddaughter's name is normal. If you're Norwegian...

Jeff, ditto on cool meetings with strangers, I've found riding a motorcycle is like being friends with almost everyone else you meet on one. Even a BMW rider occasionally. Well, one said hi to me once.

Good to hear Jeff. I was sore all day from my 15 minutes on the range. 7 iron then driver. But at least I got some swings in.

Evening, fellas.
Watched the race, Overall I thought it was a good race. NASCAR needs to do away with the OT. Or limit it to one OT. Those just turn into a wreckfest anyway.

Sunday Check In

Ubered all weekend at WVU.

Started tearing into the Switchback. Took the Wanna Be A Street Glide fairing off and put an original one I bought sorta local and fixed the saddle bag locks that were reinstalled backwards and didnt lock.
