My wife retired from MSU, and I have a granddaughter currently taking classes on campus. Plus three more grandkids in grade/high school. Great ties to these schools. We do not need this ****.
Sorry.... this is all that's on tv....even guv just had a press conference and had major sniffles and wiping of eyes.

Kiddo has his first game in the finals today at 3:45. Inlaws are in Vegas and should get here by game time. I'm looking forward to spending the weekend at the beach house.

 

Full day at the Jayobee today. Dinner tonight with TNLT and Savannah at a local steakhouse. Probably Texas Roadhouse or Applebees.

 

Sorry..... hate to keep bringing this up....and please, this is just a way for me to vent or unload. No need for your responses.
The news media keeps asking questions regarding this situation, and these questions are those that cannot be answered at this time! Stupid,....want to know what they found in the shooters house, they ask "personal" questions of the students, things that they should know cannot be answered until investigation is complete.
Just said they reviewed security footage when they got there, released video/pictures and a great citizen notified police and they caught the guy. Kudos to this individual for helping. So many great people are around the area...only to be **** on by a few.
Again, sorry for this, please let me know if I should keep my mouth shut. This is the first of this that has happened in my home town. And again I'm not asking for sympathy, nor responses. This is one of my ways to unload on something this tragic.

Woke up before 5 this morning, finished breakfast before there was a hint of sun. Felt like it was finishing supper and bedtime, but I didn't go back to bed.

Wonder what new gun laws Michigan is going to propose now.

 

Denny, I think ignorant politicians weak on crime and media that sensationalizes more than factual reporting are more to blame than guns. Always been mental or disillusioned people, but never as encouraged as they are today. I'm glad my granddaughter is in private school, no guarantee of safety, but seems a lot safer than public schools. Far better social and moral atmosphere there at least.
