I hardly consider the Biden administration a private contractor.

Beyond comprehension Russ.
A perfect storm I think, too may liberal Scandinavians in early MN history, determined to create and grow too many liberal arts colleges that boomed in the 60s and 70s, creating liberal parents from the same decade, raising children with a liberal bent. Now we are reaping what was sown so many years ago.
EDIT: I need to add that being a member of the democratic party 60 years ago or more means something completely different than it does today.

Worked really well with the Somalian refugees didn't it. How many shithole ghettos were born from that in your state?

Wisconsin was smart and took the Hmong people. They are, if nothing else, industrious.

Somalis had problems reconciling life in the US with their religion, but once they acclimated, overall they're less of a problem than some of the homegrown Africans. The two don't mix well, either. Somalis and anybody but the homegrown seem to get along pretty well together now. There's an apartment complex that's pretty much all Somali maybe a mile from my daughter, and they keep it in pretty good shape. Even though Somalis, Hmong (quite a few here, too), Vietnamese, Mexicans and a growing number of Arabs tend to stick with their own nationalities, they don't have near the problems the minority that's been here for generations does.

This is the electives list. They have all of the normal stuff. We are also trying to get an itra district transfer to a smaller school. Private school is 25k a year.
