Don't believe I've ever had chili w/o beans. Wifey always uses beans. And it never lasts more than 2-3 days here....second day chili is bestest. Maybe I outta ask her to try it once w/o beans and see what you guys are clamoring about.

Original Texas chili has no beans, it's just the way it is. That being said, there's a whole bunch of cheaters in this State....

When I make it for myself no beans. Sometimes my wife and son put their order in, and then beans goes in.

I just don't tell anybody....

Afternoon check in.

Nice warmup this afternoon. Took a good walk for lunch today.

Carol is the chili expert, she fixed it at WS 19 in Arkansas. Perhaps Moldy can ring her up for her .02 I know it had BEANS and TNLT also remembers their effects later that evening...........

Texas Chili is all about meat. When done right it's amazing. This video is the only YouTube recipe I've ever tried, and it is great. You can cut it in half because this makes a big batch.....

No beans in real chili.

If your chili has beans in it you are part of the problem.
