Morning Stan....I am currently hunkered, put a chuck roast in the slow cooker, have yet to decide on the final outcome. Shredded tacos, quesadilla's, or pot roast....

We’re going to make a pot of chili and some cornbread today.

I seriously considered chili on the menu when I was grocery shopping yesterday. I make a mean batch as I'm sure you do, beanless of course by God.

But the roast/birria tacos/quesadilla's won out...

Smoke a brisket. Eat it for a few days like that, then shred it and put it in a crock pot of bbq and enjoy again

Was thinking about a lasagna. Traditional with mozzarella but I use Alfredo sauce for the ricotta layer(s)
