Chuck, I see Gracie has a SERTA Posturepedic bed too. They're really nice for a dog.. Zeke pulls his out of his crate and just drags his around the lake house but doesn't lay on it.
Late afternoon pass thru. Started blowing leaves in the yard. Should have charged the batteries before I started.... it did not last long. So looks like I'll be blowing leaves again tomorrow. And it looks like I'll have a couple of nice days next week, so maybe I can get all the leaves that drop. Not too good on my back, but I'm going slow and not rushing.
Glad you found your keys Chuck. My wife has the same issue....puts things down where ever then can't remember where or can't find them. I keep my mouth shut and look.

So far with 3 tanks & different houses the tanks have all failed, all were older & figured they were on their last legs
Replaced the one in this house in Feb 2019

I'm not sure what the 5% means, but I would take some pointers on descaling that tankless water heater. Ours is 2 years old and I wager has never been cleaned.
