Halito Woods. Boy, y'all been busy this morning! Went to the Post to do my bar manager thing.....kinda disrupts my daily routine! But I'll make a new one.
Seems Michigan guv whitmore having difficulties in "fixing the damned roads".....so she's now talking about making our highways toll roads. They are talking about making I75, I94 and I96 toll roads. I will be one of many who will avoid those as much as possible. These people never seem to get the $$$ for what they promise so they take it out on us little people.
Might go to Harley dealer this morning....they supposed to have new models on the floor. Kinda interested in seeing any new paint jobs and general idea of what's new for 2023. Y'all be careful out there. The crazies are out in force!!! Lurker out......
After meeting with the WoodStock, Blue Ribbon Destination Committee, we are pleased to offer this teaser for WoodStock 2023. The routes are not set in stone, destinations are flexible but we will be stopping at a couple of noteworthy museums, Wright-Patterson Field and the Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome. Entry to Canada is expected, however we will have alternative routes if we are turned back. The Mackinac Bridge and the Gay Bar are on the list as well as raiding Chuck’s refrigerator of all the left over beer that he has been hoarding over the years. Give it some thought, we will be stopping to visit with as many of our friends along the way that we can. The dates have not been disclosed.
Edit: I see Nashville is on the route. Any chance we can stay at the same place we did on the Maggie Valley get together. The sound of gunfire is so soothing.
Morning gents! A fine day here in the TOAK with great memories of trips past. I'm looking forward to the next gathering I can attend.
