Cardio rehab was a snap. Mostly indoctrination but I did get 6 minutes on a treadmill. I was just getting started when it was over. Now it will be three days a week and much more of a challenge. Let the exercises begin.
A great day of kubbing in the books. Discussing fried chicken, mashed potato dinner later. Such a hectic schedule.
Chamber of commerce day here today, went kubbin to “Bar17” biker bar, good place for beer and music. Then south to Punta Gorda for lunch. I75 home, Trish does not like the “Super Slab” ho hum .
