Time for a late supper, bet I don't have any trouble getting to sleep tonight, always like that on grandkids days. Might not be back till tomorrow.

 

A friend if mine was evacuated early this morning in Napa. Fire was a few hundred yards from their house. They are not sure if their house is still standing or not and the vineyard he managed may have burned as well. It sucks! Puts my problems in perspective.

 

Lesley told me that today. Sad. I am not too crazy for their wines though, generally speaking. Maybe I never found the ones I like? We always talked about doing a trip over there and go to some but never seriously.

 

Do.you know which wineries are effected?

 

I do not know. This is all I have.

 

Her husband is a vineyard manager for one of Gallo's high end vineyards. He used to manege Justin vineyards here many years ago.

 

Still a dad situation. Pray for all to get through it without too much death and I hope the people responsible pay out there asses.

Well, with that I am out. Got to get up early in the am.
