Morning Woods. Fires are burning everywhere. (nothing new to you living in Cal.) Lived here most of my life and can't remember it this bad. Smoke is bad tot south of me.Seems like half the state is under some kind of evacuation order.

 

How did the National forest ever grow those big old trees I remember seeing once?. Seems like they have burnt down three times in the last ten years.

 

Like waking up in an apocalypse! Ash, smoke and the marine layer this morning. Everything is orange.

HAHA Thanks for that Mick, I needed a laugh. I usually come straight here and miss the fun stuff sometimes.

Lou and Chuck, I've already explained why it is the way it is, and it sucks. The fires are bad, people are going to die and more will lose property. It's a damn shame is what it is, considering it could have been avoided at some point. Can't mess with nature and not expect it to kick back.
