OK, may as well share since we're venting. Sherri's phone won't hold a charge. Not the kind you can replace the battery unless you have the right tools and training. Yesterday we go to Best Buy. The guy at the cell phone station asks what I need. I say....My wife's phone won't hold a charge. He asks for the phone. I hand it to him...he says...we don't have anyone here who can work on this brand, you need to go to a cell phone repair place. I tell him...we bought it here and you are telling me you can't work on it? He tries to get shitty and says...well, you can try our geek squad booth.

I look him dead in the eye and say...if they have the same crappy attitude as you I won't bother....and by the way, if you hate customer service so much you are in the wrong business.

On the way out the door I say to a guy....you have an employee here who could use an attitude adjustment. I swear,, guy looked right at me and acted like he didn't care. Drove 2 blocks, purchased a new cell phone.

 

Yep.....told him that there are three parties involved...the dealership, Hyundai and me and I know it's not me and yet I'm the one doing all the running around.

 

Sounds like there is more than on M O B in the TOAK today!

 

Mick, funny you should mention phones. Until I got sidetracked with this SUV, I was going home to review my phone, internet and TV plan with XFINITY. Having trouble with my phone at the lake. Have to run off WiFi and it just randomly drops WiFi. Everyone in the family has iphones and mine is the only one that does it. This should be fun but it looks like it'll have to be tomorrow.

 

At 60 cruising I get 23 plus. At 70-80 I get about 19. It has a tune.
Tim, it's not really a holiday. We went to pick up the girls from TN before school started and I have a meeting to attend on Saturday I didn't want to miss.
That explains why he seemed genuinely confused when i asked about his Ultra. But he's a badass politically haha.

Done cutting the @#$&*()’l grass with a brief break to replace the AC start capacitor on the big unit. Gotta have AC. Having a nice cucumber salad with dill dressing....so yummy, I could drink this stuff.
