Damn near made it when it dumped on us pretty good coming up our street.
Afternoon, Bob. Gonna rain here as soon as I start the grill.

Been on and off raining here all day. We bought two nice delmonico steaks a couple days ago and i have been dry aging them, and its been too windy today to do on the grill. One minute its not bad and the second it wants to blow the grill over. So I will do in the stove. Not happy at all but beats take out. I found the recipe for Lonestar Steakhouse steak seasoning. So I made some and put on the steaks. Just thought, I didn't take off the salt for the dry aging. So they are going to be salty. Might want to remove that and reseason.. crap!

Oh, its our 23rd (or 24th??) Anniversary today. I keep thinking that joke about the guy getting out of jail in 20 years... lol

Had shrimp cocktail half an hour ago. We found a nice red wine from France she wants to try.

Naturally. It sounds like you have had some great "growing" weather. My sister said her garden is flourishing.

Yup just next door.....in Wisconsin.

Watering hole, road house, bar, tavern, pub...…….here in Wisconsin you can't swing a dead Texan without hitting one.

New England getting it now. But the eastern coast is going to get clobbered! Average 5". Looks like the storm is going to hug the coast. Or so the weather guessers are saying...

Bob, where I live is a rain desert. Storms manage to split up and move around us.
ETA: It'll rain for a short bit if I'm grilling.

Oddly enough we're in a similar situation Greg. We'll see a line of storms that look like they will for sure hit us. For whatever weird reason they often divide right around us. I think it may be our elevation, all the lakes, or maybe combination of both. Not sure.
