The Union says the deal is done ! They even know who my replacement is. My manager called me and said he hasn’t seen the paperwork yet but thinks he will soon.

I'm getting used to hers, kind of like smells, after a while you don't notice them anyway. Other day dropping the kids off, she asked if I could air up a tire, said it was down to 28. How do you know? Says so on the instrument panel... Is there anything missing on those cars?

Had a red fox exploring the garden this morning. It's very welcome to visit or even set up house there, squirrels and rabbits would disappear real quick. Kinda purty animals.

Quiet without the grandkids today. Supposed to be the hottest day of the week, mid 90s, after I have lunch soon, I'll practice hermitry in the cool house.

State tax refund is in the checking account this morning. Will pay a big chunk of the Best Buy delivery due Tuesday.

What to have for lunch... didn't have any pancakes for breakfast for 3 or 4 days, or would left over spaghetti be more appropriate?

Chuck, you're going to be so bored, time will pass so slow, you won't get enough sleep... wait, that was before I retired.

Evening all. Smoking some ribs. Finishing my 24 hour fast. Been building my scrap wood cabinet. Slapping on the barn wood tomorrow.
