G'Morning, Woods.....too far behind to backread..hope everyone is well. On a "fun" note... after being decommissioned for 30 yrs, the USS BARRACUDA was refurbished and put back in service yesterday. Displaying the latest in 70's marine design and powered by a "planet saving" powerful 33 lb thrust electrical motor of the same era, it is now free to prowl the waters of Forest Lake!
How does your back feel now that you had surgery?
The nerve pain is almost completely gone. The slight tingling and numbness are typical due to inflammation from the procedure and are improving daily.
The fusion itself will take time and the core strength will take a while to return
Bottom line? It appears to be a success and I just have to be patient.
