So far it is great Mick! I have to replace my roof. All I have to do is save that previous mortgage payment for a few months and I can pay in cash. No loans! Only debt I have is my camper. Pretty stoked.

 

We have always tried to follow Dave Ramzies stuff. Back when I had 4 maxed out credit cards, pass due property taxes and a credit score of less than 200. Only took 20 years to straighten it out.

 

Whenever possible the Chinese payment method is best....One Lump Sum.

 

Looks like we have another chance to see a comet.

 

We have been paying a double and sometimes more for the last few years. Cut over 10 years off of the payoff period.

 

Hopefully Jaxen will, at a young age, see what doing that can mean to his future.

Edit: I think I will wait and see the comet next time.
