30 day follow up in the books. No heavy (over 15 lbs believe it or not) lifting, no twisting, blah, blah, blah.......can ride motorcycle in 2 weeks.
Interesting tidbit.....advised to stop taking ibuprofen and take Tylenol instead. Ibuprofen inhibits bone growth. At least I now have an explanation for the size of my junk after years of ibuprofen use....

Morning Greg.
Busy weekend up here. Friends of ours came up to ride the trails with us. Turned into late mornings, late evenings, many laughs and some fun riding. Weather worked out pretty good. Only rained on us the one day.
We were fortunate to see ptarmigans with chicks, a bobcat and a black bear eating clover.
