I didn't trim much. Watch like 3 videos from guys in texas. Just followed what they recommended. Happy that all I have to rub my meat down with salt n pepper.

Is the winter too cold to enjoy being there?

 

Probably.....but I'm sure I'll be visiting occasionally...or often. Gotta get some stuff done and crap put away Family and #2 son's GF parents are coming up...have a good holiday.
