You have to get the water swirl technique down, try counter-clockwise swirl. I use a double shot glass for the egg.

You don't want too fast of a swirl so you go against the grain. Not sure if Aussies poach eggs but if they do they should stir clockwise.

I started looking at pop up campers yesterday and somehow ended up looking at these "bug out" conversion vans.
I love these things. Especially a Chevy or GMC.
