Yesterday heard a dozen Harleys with no mufflers approaching at 200+, no time to grab a photo. That was cool, a B25 passing right overhead, easily at the highest speed I've seen a plane fly over below the airport pattern here. Garden work in the hot sun does have it's moments sometimes. I can still remember V formations of warbirds flying over when I was still pre-school, probably more of some types in one formation than is left in flyable condition now. Even as a kid I liked that deep rumble you could feel.
Got "Midway" in the mail yesterday (Netflix dvd), good movie to watch that day. I mostly liked the movie, but the considerable cgi looked more video game than real, although video game graphics are getting pretty good. I didn't know one pilot hit two aircraft carriers in one day, a world record.

Ex got some stuff like that on our first trip to Mexico. Took them with her when she left, don't know if she got any more, our later trips to Mexico weren't with each other. They like bright colors down there, even had a lot of different color toilets. Bet Al wood like one of the yellow ones, some of them had swirls of different shades of the main color thought they looked neat. No idea how well they flushed.
There were a few white ones, too. There was a sign for the blue bucket - if it's yellow, let it mellow. If it's brown, flush it down. It flushed pretty good.
Even furniture gets colorful.
