Yep, not to mention weight loss.year and a half ago I was 226#. Last year after "front yard re-do' I was under 200# fir 2 minutes. Went back to 212 over winter. Last week I was at 192 # 1.....probably 190 now. Haven't seen that in 25 yrs...and I feel GOOD...
As of last night, I was down 6 lbs from 3 weeks ago, but at that rate I won't feel any weight loss for months. I weighed 190 from 20 years old to low 40's, wood be wonderful to get back to that. Not easy.

If it's your nail driving you nuts, Heat up a needle or paper clip til red hot and poke a hole through the nail. That will relieve the pressure. Dr.s have done that to me.
Go a little too deep under the nail and you might end up on the floor. There's a nerve nexus there that's excruciating when something uninvited drops in. And how do I know that...
Audrey (daughter) is a manager in a property management company. She's gone on site several times when there was a problem, but not this one. Told the people she manages to stay away from this kind of problem.
