Sorry to hear the GS isn't coming around, Ken. You're way more patient than I.

 

He refused to help me last time, went off on him, almost 19 years old, told him June 7th, out! I don't care if you havta sleep in your car! I signed the car over to him this past Tuesday, his graduation is this coming Wednesday. I kept my end of the deal, more than anything anyone else did. I guess the hard facts of life are gonna slap him upside the head soon! If my right hand wasn't screwed up it would have slapped him hard last weekend but I would probably be wearin orange right now!

 

OL isn't happy with me but what else is new!!

 

Ken, too bad about the g'son. I think you did everything you could plus more to help. Some kids have to learn the hard way...I'm on your side.

 

I was gonna ask how Gail is doing. That Momma instinct is hard core.

 

Actually she is doin better, knows I am right, I know what my old man would have done with me, it would have been uglee! There would have been non repercussions either, different era!

 

I think about what I was like at that age and realize at 18 I was in the military....that'll grow ya right up.

 

Yup, I went in at 17, my parents had to sign, I had to get out of that house, out of that town, the only way I could see to do it.. no regrets!

 

Alrighty then, new dehumidifier to set up in the basement, laundry in the washer, OL doin breakfast dishes, typical Sunday! Hava goodun!
