Used to be the first week or two of yard & garden exercise wood loosen the joints and my endurance wood go up. So far this year, stiffer every morning and knees are getting so weak it's hard to stand up from kneeling. Should be out there mowing the jungle before the projected 24 hours of rain starts, but my motivation seems to have deserted me this morning. I'm feeling a strong desire for a nap. After another cuppa coffee.

I think elliptical might be more accurate, but he does manage to end up arguing with himself.
