Putting an S&S 124" quieted mine down a bunch. Great motor. Try that if nothing else works.

Still waiting to get mine out on the road, but I'm feeling good about it. I could hear that chatter even at idle when first started. It just hit 40 degrees here but is supposed to be better tomorrow. Being Mothers Day, I won't be going out...and I'm pulling the tank again to install the fuel cut-out system for draining and also to polish the rocker covers. Monday is calling for 48 for a high and more rain. Looks like Wednesday is going to be the next decent day to get it on the road, high of 62. I'm about sick of this BS weather.
