All I can say is one second I was weedeating, the next i was on my *** with my feet above my head. 
It happened that fast.
Looked at my watch and see the SOS feature was on, shut it off before it started calling my emergency numbers or 911 and it then asked me if I fell and I answered yes, then it asked if I was ok. Interesting feature for the watch.
