My awesome neighbor next to the shop died, lung cancer, in her 80's and spunky as a teenager and still smoking. Awesome lady. Long story but yes we bought the house. This is the first house my Mom has ever owned. She has been renting her entire life.

I still felt good at 220, but over that I can feel it, and not in a good way. Over 230, on my feet, doesn't take long for them to hurt.

Eavning weight watchers and home buyers! That awesome news Mark!

For the third week in a row I'm 258. If I can get to 249 that wood be 70 pounds lost. It's been a pain in the *** but it's worth it.

Having sushi tonight. Take out of course. No restaurants open yet. Pretty cool all the high end eateries are doing take out now.
