Yea I used the fancy membrane but when I put the waynscote underneath I used my air Brad nailer and punctured all the way through the roofing paper. Stupid mistake. I'll have to re do the waynscote. Live and learn. Probably ruined the plywood as well but don't really want to tackle it. It's only a 4x8 covering. Should be good now.

Evening gents. Back form another provisioning run with Cheryl. When will she ever learn that if I go into Fleet Farm, for anything, I'm leaving with a range bucket of ammo? She never isn't surprised.

I am fed up with the bullshit "during these tough times we're here to help" ads from companies that are not remotely connected to the effort to control covid19.

Wanna tell me how a furniture store is related to this effort?

Couldn't agree more. Its all PR.

Health Care Workers are about to get a sickening dose of being constantly told "THANK YOU" by businesses and the general public because its the new FEEL GOOD thing to do. It very similar to what veterans deal with around Memorial Day and Veterans Day. Businesses doing it for PR and the general public feeling obligated to tell every veteran they see.

It starts as a nice gesture but becomes loathsome when its just a response vs a sincere appreciation.
