Thanks Bob, WV is a pretty state. There arent any houses below that spillway.
I dont live at the lake, it's close to work so I took a lap around the lake on foot.
We had thought about buying a home here but they are stacked on each other and three flights of stairs minimum to get indoors.
I've seen them install a HVAC unit using a crane to get it up to the house because they couldnt carry it up.

My big one is somewhere between 20-30 yrs old and needs a new hose. The smaller 10 gal. ones clog up too easy on bigger stuff...
