Plans for a nursery/coffee shop on my commercial property. Just the cost of plans. Went through 7 revisions before the county signed off on it. Permits were going to be 45,000. 280,000 to build a 22x40 building. Then stock it with product and such. Got cold feet and the economy crashed.

Each time I needed a set of plans drawn up it was $1000.

Even worse now. Just the building permit for an average house is 80,000.
