Looks good Lou. I would consider an aluminum front rim. It would match the back then and no rust.

 

Well it looks like home office until May 1st at least. Headquarters just announced. No travel until then. And that may very well change.

On the night of July 27 1967 we had over 200 rounds of 122MM rocket and mortar dumped in our laps in about a 15 minute period and I can tell you first hand it was no fun at all!!! Especially since My team and I had to run thru the stuff out to the flightline, get 2 gunships cranked and in the air to try and pinpoint where it was coming from.

 

Damn Doc! I'm sure I wood have been the guy curled up in the fetal position. Props!

 

We were tasked with airfield security Lou, so we had to keep a team on standby every night to provide that service. Because there were so few of us it meant you pulled counter mortar standby every 2nd or 3rd night.
Every time I swore and be damned I wasn't going to run out there again...but I always went. Got knocked of my feet a couple times and got a real bad "sunburn" on one side of my half naked body from running by an aircraft that had taken a direct hit and was burning pretty hot.
If you ever felt the need for an adrenaline rush.....that was the place to get it!!!!

Talked to a buddy of mine that lives in Columbus, Oh. Has three small kids. I asked him about the kids learning online like around here. He said that school is cancelled for the rest of the year. Ohio is a brick and mortar kind of school they say. So no online classes. Wtf...?

Each kid gets his own Chrome Book for online school. They have a schedule to follow as well.
