He says " Hold on, let me see where my transport van is... it's not at nursing home yet, I'll call you when it leaves there. Do you have a mask? I'll bring you some".....talk about service

Thanks, Bob. This morning my MIL calls my wife and says she got weak (again) is on the floor and can't get up. Fortunately , she didn't fall. The hits just keep on coming.
