The pipe side was "what I thought was a worn, bad insulator" turns out it needs to breathe on the pipe side in order to heat the stovetop. What I did was deny the stovetop the heat so now the heat is going everywhere but the stovetop. The insulator is meant to keep the stovetop at a reasonable cooking level. I was thinking the worn insulator was part of my heating problem so I flipped it. The problem was blocked air tubes, nothing to do with the insulator. The stove works great now for heating, not so much for cooking. I have to tear it all apart again and either flip the insulator back again or hardcore it and pull the insulator out altogether. I like the idea of the insulator knocking down the heat on the cooktop, just not to this degree.

Eavning again. Online jits finished.

Sounds like all y'all getting the same treatment as us. Cops pulling people over. Check points and such. Good times.

High heat on a gas stove would have done this in 2-3 minutes, on the potbelly this took 10+...

If she thinks I'm only going to fill my limit on Turkeys with very few people hunting she's an idiot. The whole idea of coming together and helping each other includes me shooting wildlife for those that can't do it themselves. The flocks are 20-40 birds deep that will feed a lot of people.

I bought a training collar for bobdog. ( yes a shock collar) It has a vibrating feature to warn your K-9 he is about to get a jolt if he doesn't obey your command. The vibration alone put bobdog in my lap. I think he gets it. He obeys the command "sit" about 90% of the time. The "come" command he picks and chooses when to obey that one. One little 5-10 second vibe and he's good with the "come" command.
