Ya, if I remember correctly there was trash everywhere in every room, windows open, lights on and furnace running.
It would be a sorry city rat that somehow found their way into our area. One way in, one way out and up a hill. I don't think there's a car in the subdivision that doesn't have a NRA sticker next to a HD sticker on it. I'm on the last stretch that dead ends with a birds eye view of the street. Hell, my driveway alone is enough to discourage even the most determined Jehova's Witness.

Haha.....I told the owner that I wasn't getting rid of what was left behind. I hired a guy that I know that does that and sent the owner a bill for $500, he paid it.
